First and foremost: Naptime effin RULES!!! Can I get a whoop whoop? If I didn't have this down time today, I might kill my two year old. Why?
Well, this is how the after school routine went...
Me: Want to go get some chicken nuggets and play at the park?
HLD: No! I want PB & J.
Me: Ok, fine. We'll go home and I'll make a PB & J.
We get home and I unbuckle him and he says "No, I'll stay in the car."
Me: Fine.
I go in and pack a lunch while he waits in the car with his sleeping sister. He gets impatient and screams and wakes her up. Besides packing lunch, I seriously only had time to pee, which I did.
Back in the car. We head to the park. He, being my PITA (pain in the ass) child, won't touch the crust. Doesn't eat the green beans and picks at the strawberries. Gorilla eats green beans.
10 minutes after arriving.
HLD: I need to go potty Mommy. At home.
Me: Come on, we'll walk to the library.
HLD and Gorilla m.....o......s......e.....y over to the library.
HLD: No Mommy, I don't want to potty here, I want to go home.
Me: If we go home, we're taking a nap.
HLD: Nooo!!!!
After barely peeing, we return to the park (and a whole new crowd of people) and he whined about 5 times while taking on and off his crocs until he finally threw a temper tantrum because he dropped a water bottle from the water table where the school kids were playing.
Me: That's it, time to go.
Why do I bother? Sometimes getting them out is so not worth the battle and irritation.

When I dropped HLD off at school today, they handed me a pricelist for "Spring Portraits". Can you believe that? He'll only be 3 this June and it's already starting. Insane. I'm not sure if I should be excited or bummed. I'll go with excited.

Today's weather is gorgeous here! (Oh my! I'm getting old talking about the weather daily!) Someone put me out of my misery now.

Health Update: I finished my cleanse, what? Like 10 days ago or so? Well, I woke up once last night burping sulfur. I thought I was doing well staying away from sugars, but apparently I've overdone it again. I still can't believe how much sugar is in everything. It royally sucks.

Taxes are due Tuesday. Taxes suck. I haven't gotten a return since before I married DH. Owning a business really sucks sometimes. DH prepays quite a bit in advance, but apparently that's not good enough, because we still over 20k. Like we have that! Don't you see me selling crap on Craigslist?!

Gorilla is getting that annoying "Maomeeeeeeee" that most older kids get. When she says my name, I cringe here and there... it's not cute like the way my son says it. It's much more mature.
Speaking of Gorilla's speech. DH went up the stairs last night singing some song that said "Talk Dirty to Me". The results... a one year old girl chanting "Talk Dirty to Me, Talk Dirty to Me." Cute or not cute, you tell me?

I thought of a fun game to play though...
I get told often how great I am at pinning people's personality. More specifically I can tell what you are attracted to. I had a nap today too. After I got me some. ;) Gotta love an afternoon without kids. Yummy!
Nap time used to be my favorite time too, but it isn't so wonderful anymore. Izzy usually wakes up about an hour before Porgie, so I no longer get a decent break.
I think the Rock is pretty hot. Talented, big arms, great smile, financially stable (;P), has a kid already. Really, all he has to do is convert and he's darn near perfect! lol

Nap time is a blessing most days-except when I have to wake up Claire to pick up her sister from school. I can't wait until summer!

Erm...no. I had to look up Renegade on imdb. Lol It's not the long hair. It's the masculine face and sassy little Scottish accent. Which I guess you wouldn't know he had a Scottish accent, how could you! Ha ha
I love Vin Diesel. I own The Pacifier. Ya got me.It was all going so well until I went and ruined it by finding out too much about him. HE's a Dem. *sigh* And another fantasy goes down in flames. Enter The ROCK!!! HaHAAA!!!
