The diet begins.
Today it begins, the NO Sugar diet. No sugar, no candy, no flour products, no fruit even. Ouch.Ok, so I've only been up for 2 hours, I'm only ready to kill myself, ok, one other comes to mind, but that name will go unmentioned. :P
On top of this lovely diet I must begin to improve my digestive issues and health... I've got my long lost period. Oh yeah. It's only like 2 weeks late, but hey, it's here, matters could be worse!
Alright, so my dear husband is off today and I totally had forgot, which was so exciting because I was soo exhausted from the long weekend last night we agreed I could sleep in... and well, I did!! Until 2:20!
Now I've got some concoction in the slow cooker of a cabbage soup I'm making. I've never made cabbage soup, but hey, I can do this. I'll keep you posted and maybe if it even turns out I'll put up a picture and recipe. If not I'll have wasted a shit load of veggies (and that is a costly waste)!
